Merging #76 from melodic-devel into master. As this PR is a merge-commit, it should be fast-forwarded.

This was just an attempt to solve the broken package state. However, the KDL IK solver breaks several Pilz tests. Thus closing here for now. We should discuss other options in the maintainer meeting.
