Update travis test

Seeing if we can get travis working for moveit_ros again

I slightly modified the proposed travis config according to some inspiration gained from industrial_ci:

• use catkin tools instead of catkin_make
• build minimal MoveIt workspace required to test this repo
• enable tests: run tests of this repo only

Have two separate configs for jade and indigo, both building succesfully.
