Add manipulation msgs #698

This missing dependency breaks the build when having to build the msgs from source because of https://github.com/ros-interactive-manipulation/manipulation_msgs/issues/7

why did you add it to the moveit_ros_benchmarks package? grep -r manipulation_msgs benchmarks says this module is not used in there..

Ah good point. For some reason I thought I had a catkin error saying it was needed. Fixed.
