Collision problems from MoveIt Quickstart in RViz

Your environment

Steps to reproduce

When I do the steps in MoveIt Quickstart in RViz, after add "Motion Planning", the end of the arm is already in collision.

The warning Link 'panda_link0_sc' is not known to URDF. Cannot disable collisons. indicates that you are using a too old version of franka_description. Please update, either using the ros-testing repository or building from source.
