+1 on this, this is a fairly important package that surprisingly still hasn't been released

It looks like the latest code on the melodic-devel branch fix the build failures we've seen on the ROS buildfarm, and change over to use TF2 to boot. That's great! Could I request a new release of this package into Melodic so we can get this package successfully building on the farm? Thanks in advance.
