Binary package for Melodic still on version 0.7.4 #113

The package that is installed on Ubuntu 18.04 through apt is still on version 0.7.4, i.e. with a broken srdf file that makes it impossible to use.

I triggered a new release for Melodic to restore compatibility with franka_ros 0.9. https://github.com/ros/rosdistro/pull/34182
