Add transport joint state #67

Could you please argue, why we should add this new joint state? If you need this for your own setups, please maintain a local copy of the MoveIt config.

This is a transport state of the robot, the joint configuration in which you can pack it in the box in which it came, so I guess that it could be useful for others.
