IMPORTANT: Noetic-devel branch will be merged into the melodic devel branch #94

To improve code maintainability, we will merge the new noetic-devel branch into the melodic-devel branch when releasing (i.e. https://github.com/ros-planning/panda_moveit_config/issues/89). As a result, new pull requests should target noetic-devel instead of melodic-devel. See this comment for more information. Note that the noetic-devel branch should work in ROS Melodic already now.
