Summary

Our CLIs and applicatios will sometimes refer to our primary coin as MOV, sometimes MVMT, and sometimes refer to Octas. Standardize this.

Consider the coin naming in:

- https://github.com/movemntdev/mevm
- https://github.com/movemntdev/faucet
  1. Confirm standard with team. Reconcile the differences.
