This covers the basics of getting setup with Movement CLI (installation and usage).

Please feel free to edit as needed for style consistency with the rest of the docs.

Important: Do not merge until public testnet is released.

@PrasoonPratham @Rahat-ch added a note that this should not be merged until public testnet is live, because movement init default testnet is Suzuka testnet which we don't want spammed too hard yet.
