@musitdev has suggested a patch as a temporary fix for the faucet bug https://github.com/movementlabsxyz/aptos-core/pull/39/commits.

Currently when you attempt to bring this rev tag in, it fails to build the aptos dependencies.

Fix the aptos build issues, then nring this test into the testing branch origin/eng-442/malicious_load_soak_test my updating the rev tag and test the patch.

Created the PR that applies the patch fix to the last stable commit (the value of the aptos rev tags on for movement repo https://github.com/movementlabsxyz/aptos-core/pull/42
