add background map options #3

As noted in the documentation, background options are currently limited due to errors with OSM. Is there maybe another library we could use to add a few options that show terrain/geographic/political features? Maybe basemap, e.g. see here?

Thanks for sending the link, Sarah. Unfortunately, for mapbox one has to register (see the comments in the link), which is not possible via MoveApps. I had talked with Jakob (the developer of moveVis) last fall, and he had indicated that he had developed a new way of downloading background maps that he could add to the App. I think he has not come to it yet. Will ask him.
