how to run this project in localhost #23

I'm new in npm environment. My PC using windows 10 and environment is xampp.

You can help me how can I run my localhost. I follow your step and install npm but still can't run.

I'm afraid I can only help support the Docker installation - there are just too many variables on other platforms. NPM can most easily be run within Docker from the config/docker/node directory.
