Docker needs update #14

Please get the official docker container available and updated to the latest version.

  1. The official docker container https://github.com/movim/movim_docker seems to be running v12.1. Please update it to reflect the latest release of v13.0
  2. Please have the official docker be available on the docker hub

movim/movim:0.14.1rc4 has been pushed, you should be able to get it using docker pull.

I would have preferred a stable release instead of a release candidate for the docker container. Thanks for your efforts.
