@od41 This PR is supposed to make sure that deployment addresses & ABI will remain consistent with future upgrades.

@Jovells Your deploy stablecoin script has been removed because that is also now handled in the deploy.ts script and nicely copied to the frontend deployments folder.

Please MERGE ASAP @od41
