More fixes #50

  1. Fixed error on network change.
  2. Refined toast feedback for voting and creating posts
  3. separated contracts setup into own file to allow for use on server
  4. Vote button now lights up if a user has voted and shows loading icon when voting
  5. Added click to refetch tooltip and loading icon to balance display
