Added name circles #19

Added little circles with the initials of the person, thought it would be nice when groups are supported too.

Just noticed you have a scss folder. Is these CSS files all generated from that? Could be useful to update the README with development process. There seems to be quite a few folders that are either redundant or need some explaining.
