Data were very late in coming. Summary report for the entire period provided, no monthly totals. So this was not responsive to our request, but there is interesting info here.

• [ ] @hejokelly we need a f/u request to them noting that the records they provided were not responsive to our request. We need either: month/year totals OR a list of incidents (incident-based records) with dates and the other fields that are shown in the summary report they did provide.
• [ ] @shiraidris007 once this comes in, it needs to be added to the repo as appropriate
