@hejokelly I'm also wondering if CJTC has any documents of their own that recommend data collection/review of pursuits.
@hejokelly we have WASPC docs going back to 2014. Is this what we asked for? Or does this mean CJTC only has docs going back that far?
@moxboxwa this is just the first installment of records from CJTC.
@moxboxwa I've added additional files for your review.
@moxboxwa did the additional files address your concerns/questions above? I received the final email from them closing out our request. They mentioned they'd lost some of Sue Rahr's emails at some point, which may have contained info responsive to our request. See correspondence folder in file.
@hejokelly I don't see the correspondence referring to the lost Rahr emails, lmk if I've missed something. Will take a bit of effort to go through all the other stuff.
is there correspondence from CJTC that you haven't yet uploaded?
@moxboxwa the reference to Rahr's email is in the correspondence file in the PDF titled "Correspondence from 7.26.24." Can you please look again and let me know if you aren't seeing it? I need a refresher on linking to documents!
@hejokelly it looks like there are only 2 requirements related to pursuits in the docs you received:
1. There must be an annual review of pursuits
2. There must be a department policy on pursuits that conforms to WA state law
Both of these also require evidence of compliance in their files/records.
None of the docs you received list the kind of data that should be collected to satisfy the annual review requirement. Is it possible that would be in documents that don't satisfy the explicit wording of the PDR you filed?
