NB:

@moxboxwa they are seeking clarification: Your request states any and all RMS data fields. We interpret this to mean any/all data fields contained within the Incident records and not all data fields within our RMS. Due to limitations of our data extracts we are unable to provide all possible incident data fields in a single data pull. If you can please review the provided information and let us know if you would like us to proceed with additional data pulls for other available data fields within the Incident records of our RMS, or if the data provided meets your needs.

(Recopied from our email exchange) I suggested: Here is the spreadsheet so you can take a quick look. Based on that spreadsheet, I'd suggest we ask for a key for the disposition codes, a clarification on what "global vehicle call" refers to, and the data under "incident nature of call" (plus a key if those are also coded). I also think we should just ask them for a list of all their RMS data categories so we can select which ones we need. What do you think? - Note: I tried to upload the excel file here and Github kept pasting in the file name, but there was no sign that the file had attached... MPD_Pursuit_Data.xlsx

Start by asking for a list of all data elements in their RMS for each incident. If they balk, then send the list from #105

Request has been sent and no response received, so I've just messaged them again.

They've provided all their RMS data codes (15pg pdf!) along with a preliminary spreadsheet of data under the most-used codes.
