@moxboxwa I saw that Aberdeen never sent anything, so I checked my spam folder. Sure enough, there was an email from 6.24.24 (from files@sendthisfile.com, so no wonder). The download link has expired and I have emailed them to ask them to resend it. The email indicates they sent data and policies, but no annual report-type material.

@moxboxwa as far as I can tell, the link was never re-sent (I checked spam). I've now submitted the PDR through their city portal and emailed both Kathi and Ross at police records to follow up. I also located annual reports for 2019-23 and downloaded them from their website.
