@moxboxwa this record tech asked: Your request asks for a line-level data extract from your records management system (RMS), including incident date, report number, and any/all other RMS data fields. Our RMS doesn't have a good way to search for vehicle pursuits specifically. We do keep track of all vehicle pursuits for our agency and an administrative report is done for each pursuit. I would like to provide you with the administrative report as it would give all the data points you requested. There are "orphan documents" listed on many of the administrative reports that go into more detail than I think you are looking for. I want to provide you all the records you need, so please let me know if the administrative reports for vehicle pursuits will satisfy what you need for item 1 on your request. Also please let me know if the orphan documents are needed as well.

I responded that we want the admin reports and orphan docs to start with so we can see what those contain.
