emailed some language. hopefully we can use this for future inquiries of this sort.

@moxboxwa they included the incident reports themselves, not RMS output, because the reports are the only records they have that contain all of the types of data we are seeking. I put the reports in the "Data" folder. They also don't keep copies of earlier versions of policies. If necessary, I can go back and ask her to search through email attachments to see if she can pull older versions.
