@hejokelly we'll need clarifications on some of the field codes.

@moxboxwa there's an additional spreadsheet that's come in. Supposedly, the prior one was incomplete and this one contains all the incidents. I haven't cross-checked them yet, so that's the next step.

New file contains 8 cases, older one contained 6.

@hejokelly pls request clarification on the codes used in the fields below, and on the distinction between the 3 Offense fields thx:
