@moxboxwa, note that the record technician advised there were 142 updates to their policy manual between 2019 and 2023 and there's no way to know which section was updated without comparing all of them. I asked them to please send the manual in 6 month increments. If we need to know precisely when the vehicle policy changed, we can always gradually ask for narrower windows until we pinpoint it.

This is all laid out in the correspondence pdf saved in the file.
