@moxboxwa I have written to ask how the data search was performed so we know what kind of incidents are contained in the spreadsheet.

@moxboxwa To clarify the scope of their search, they wrote, "I ran a search in our records management system - this system records only case reports... not all calls for service (CAD records) result in a case report. Not all contacts result in a call for service. For your request, I searched all cases cleared with an eluding offense code in the time frame you requested. I have no way to search for ALL incidents where persons did not stop for an officer."

Fascinating, in that it clearly states they are not able to provide data on the fail to stops that WASPC was touting.
