We received an email with 102 attachments, which I've uploaded to their proper folders. Pt. Angeles says they sent 103 attachments so I've followed up with them to see what's missing.

@hejokelly a couple of the same datafiles (identical contents) have been uploaded in two locations: Port Angeles, and Port Orchard #99. filenames are slightly different, but timestamp and size are the same:

For the record -- these are Port Orchard reports. The copies in Port Angeles were deleted from the repo with https://github.com/moxboxwa/wa-pursuit-pdr-data/commit/6c5adb1c6aa95ba8d3d4fa87b7d06d61fc014992

This will take some time to patch together:

1. The 2 rms xls extracts need to be cross-referenced against the annual reports. The annual reports are probably the gold standard for identifying pursuit incidents.
2. Not much info in the rms extracts, but lots in the incident narratives found in the annual reports.
