What kind of change does this PR introduce? (Bug fix, feature, docs update, ...) Feature we need add the textarea atom
What is the current behavior? (You can also link to an open issue here) Don't have any atom for textarea
What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)? We can use the new atom textarea
Does this PR introduce a breaking change? (What changes might users need to make in their application due to this PR?)
Other information:

@nacho87 why this is any different from the normal HTML tag?

I think this isn't too much flexible from the normal HTML textarea with less advantages or is any special feature here?
