Add more templates by default #70

Steps to reproduce and a minimal demo of the problem It takes a bit of work to get an app up and running because it's missing some default templates

Current behavior No default template

Expected/desired behavior Add templates for default (pages which use default template) and post. Add some sample content to all templates so something renders straight out of the box.
