Proxy Settings ignored when anonymization enabled #128

Firefox 8.0 Convergence 0.08

Have iptables blocking outbound traffic by default allowing out only ssh. Firefox proxy settins configured to send all traffic through ssh socks proxy.

With convergence notary anonymization turned off things work as expected and requests are proxied through, but when it is enabled the initial CONNECT notary_url:4242 ... request seems to ignore these settings, requesting to connect directly, failing, and leading to all notaries then returning a connectivity failure result.

I can confirm this issue as well. Soon as the latest update was applied it broke connectivity until anonymization was disabled.
