Warning when a certificate changes (Feature request) #146

As a security-aware user I want to be in control about what happens in the background. I'd really like to see two additional options (on the advanced tab) in the next release:

  1. If an unknown SSL website is visited, ask the user before the notaries are contacted
  2. If the certificate changed, warn the user (and ask to contact notaries)

BTW: I really like convergence, it's security concept is far better than the current SSL situation ("tons" of trusted CAs)...
