Adding certificate to exception store does not reload the website #98

As a user I would like the website to automatically reload when I add a certificate to the exception store so I don;t have to click the reload button myself.

When a certificate is not recognized by nataries I can add it to the exception store conveniantly (thanks for that). When the certificate is added the FF cert warning dialog is still displayed in the background utill the page is reloaded.
