@vucuong12 I use sucessfully Bootstrap 3.3.7 with Jquery 3.1.2

Jquery 3 support was a change in Bootstrap 3.3.7, so i suggest upgrade your Bootstrap and close this issue: http://blog.getbootstrap.com/2016/07/25/bootstrap-3-3-7-released/
