Need pot center on calibration #725

1. In the March 3rd update, pot center is no longer set in calibration.
2. I believe this is wrong, as the physical/visual center is usually not the
same as the electronic center in my experience.
3. Therefore, user should still be able/required to set the desired center
position prior to calibration.
4. Due to this, I am using version R782 which still has pot centering
capability.
5. Without this capability, pot electronic center is usually noticeably offset
from visual center of the knob.

Thanks.

It was always difficult to set the pots to their actual centre. Mechanically,
different transmitters have the physical position of the pots rotated a bit,
even on a single transmitter the centre of all three pots does not actually
line up with the mechanical markings.

If the pot wasn't centered properly during calibration, you got different
amounts of servo movement on each side for the same amount of rotation of the
pot. The new way avoids this. You can enable BEEP CENTRE on the pots to get
audible feedback of when the pot is actually centered.
