eService Trigger Program Parameters export and import broken on Linux #195

On Linux-based systems the import and export of "eService Trigger Program 
Parameters" objects (--trigger) doesn't work. There is no output on the mql 
shell when running either command and no files are created/objects imported.

On Windows it works perfectly fine.

Tested with ENOVIA 2013x GA and FP1336.

[enovia@localhost ~]$ uname -a
Linux localhost.localdomain 2.6.18-308.el5 #1 SMP Tue Feb 21 20:06:06 EST 2012 
x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
[enovia@localhost ~]$ cat /etc/issue
CentOS release 5.8 (Final)
