Export of Configuration Items within Eclipse Plug-In #25

Configuration Items (incl. JPOs) could currently not be exported. 
Steps to export:
- call "Export" command
- selection of Configuration Item types
- input of names (with wild cards)
- selection of (mayby) another export root directory (default is defined in the 
Plug-In settings)
- flag could be selected if existing files are overwritten (default is "do not 
overwrite)
- after pressing button export the depending CI's are exported
