Image Transitions don't work in IE 7 and 8 #143

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I have the newest galleriffic and have been working on incorporating the 
gallery into a website. I am almost finished but when I test the website and 
galleries in IE 8, the transitons are missing when you click on the thumbnails, 
the 1st image lingers while the next image is showing and then it abruptly is 
removed. The beautiful transitions are not there. However, everything works 
fine in all other browsers.

I don't know any JS just basic understanding so I don't know why the 
transitions work in some browsers and not others. 

Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and know why it would work 
in one browser and not another

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I work on a MacBook Pro with OS 10.6.4 and I use my husbands Dell running the 
latest windows OS and has IE 8 to check my websites in IE
