Positioning Thumbnails #305

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.All My Thumbnails are one one Long page
2.I want to set the area to a max height of 700
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want 2 pages of thumbnails, but how Do I tell the program where to start 
putting thumbs on the next page.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 Ultimate Chrome

Please provide any additional information below.
Everything else works great, just having trouble with the positioning of the 
thumbs on page 1 and 2.  Probably my own stupidity but please help me out.
