In Textmate Zen-HTML mode does NOT recognize <!-- --> comments! #195

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open an html document in Textmate 1.59
2. Select Twilight as your color scheme in preferences
3. Select "Zen-HTML" as syntax mode
4. Try typing an html comment block and see that syntax highlighting DOES NOT 
react!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Textmate 1.59, Zen-Html: 1.31, Mac OSX 10.6.4
