Corrupted images after 30MB of cached images #325

I store all the cahched images to "_cache/images/"(CHDMOD 777) and after the 
folder size reaches 30MB all images start to be corrupted, and timthumb wont 
generate new thumbs.

I find it to be very weird. But after a delete a few files, let's say 10 and 
free up some space it again generates normally untill the folder size reaches 
30 MB.

Anybody got ideas?

I am using the lates 2.8.5 version.
