Submission Quarter: FY19 Q4 POCs: @orrinft @nehakamat (temp: @vanamala-narasimhan) Description: Implementing Partners submit quarterly Access DBs/MySQL to PEPFAR-MZ. This should be the last time that ACCESS files are submitted for the MozART database, using this double submission we have this quarter to ensure that future submissions only need to be MySQL, saving time and improving data quality!

CDC IPs: ARIEL, CCS, EGPAF, FGH, ICAP

@Green-EyE @josephlara This is the schedule that CDC is proposing for MozART Q4 submission. I'll be working on cleaning the submissions for the CDC side. Look forward to working with you! :)

FGH Problems for future awareness

  1. HDD 1041411 (CS Naciaia) appears in the R output as having 176 patients, but I can’t find it in the EPTS list – for reference, it’s line 111 in the R output (file “FGH.patientcounts.11.22.NK” in the R outputs folder)
  2. According to the EPTS file: a. 7 HFs decreased in patient counts, the most notable being CS Mocuba (HDD 1041106) which went from 24,655 in Q3 to 8,630 in Q4 (noted as “decreased?” in Column V for Q4 comments) b. 5 HFs reported in Q4, but not in Q4 (noted as “Missing??” in Column V for Q4 comments) c. 2 HFs had the same patient count – it was CS Muzo (HDD 1040961) and CS Muanaco (HDD 1041136) - (noted as “No new patients?” in Column V for Q4 comments) d. 3 HFs were listed as having reported in Q3, but there was no Q3 patient count to refer to (noted as “count in Q3?” in Column V for Q4 comments)
