Missing and duplicate HdD codes in t_hdd #10

10 HdD codes are duplicated in the table
Missing HdD codes from Access submission

Duplicate Hdds removed so that they are now all unique
Correction made to incorrect HdD codes in t_hdd table and made corresponding correction to t_paciente using the AccessFilePath if AccessFilePath refers to 1 health facility
Cannot correct hdd code in t_paciente if AccessFilePath has multiple health facilities associated with it (i.e. district level)

Recommendation:

Control the t_hdd table in the future so that partners are only submitting the HDD code
Partner submission check should be on actual content of hdd fields in both t_hdd and t_paciente, not just counts
