A place to document all issues with the MySQL Interface for MozART Q2 FY20 submission

For FGH we can sucessfully install the application on Windows , connect to the MySQL Server, Select the Database and Health Facilities.

Durind the Import/Integration Process it displays one message about duplicates, we included on that document for revision:
