0.2 package on PyPI won't install. New package planned? #6

So I originally posted this as being a bug in the 0.2 package but looking now at the closed issues, this was caught a long time ago and fixed. But it appears that that fix has never been deployed to PyPI. Are there any plans to do this? I am trying to declare install_requires='smpp.twisted' in my setup.py and it finds the busted 0.2 tarbal on PyPI. Kind of frustrating...
