Media Library #117

As a user, I want to be able to choose from previously uploaded media files when updating a media control in the construct designer.

Due to copy paste, it is easy to copy media controls, plus it prevents duplication of files, thus more speed and less bandwidth. It also makes having a media library a nice to have.
