Group Sessions Improvement

[ ] As user I want to request group membership with a group access code.
[ ] As group owner I want to deny or accept a request for group membership.
[ ] As group owner I want to choose whether or not the group access code is public.
[ ] As group owner I want my group listed publicly on the groups view, if its access code is public.
[ ] As user I want to click on a public group on the groups view, to send and invitation to join.
[ ] UI: Group owner can appoint members as handlers
[ ] UI: Group owner can appoint members as session owners
[ ] UI: (Only) Session owners may start sessions see that group's constructs the stage
[ ] UI: Group members that handle constructs see that group's constructs in the design view
[ ] UI: Group members can start sessions with group constructs
[ ] As group owner, I want a session user to be messaged if a page that waiting on them blocks for a period of time I specify.
[ ] As group owner, I want to be notified if the session blocks for a period of time
[ ] As session owner, I want to be able to see who accepted invitations to a session.
[ ] As session owner, I want to be able to remove session users from a session.
[ ] As session owner, I want to be able to invite users after the session started.
