I would like the address field to be mandatory.

that's not open source, isnt'it? costs 299$ Your version also has different template files, and prefer input fields with radiobutton, like in the one used in your version. Not like here http://prnt.sc/f6n6sf

It was Open Source, did not know they had changed the business plan

The version I make available here is an old module from IWD, I just created this repository in order to install the module via composer

You can use the module, making the necessary changes
