Hi Morris, this dash app is informative and presents the distribution of property's land value in Vancouver based on the year it is built. This is a great feature, as it provides valuable insights into the real estate market of Vancouver.

Here is some constructive feedback from my experience with this dash:

  1. Add a trendline or histogram showing the price distribution in addition to the tax year. This would enhance the visual representation of the data and provide a more comprehensive analysis of the property values in Vancouver. Facet_wrap is a useful tool for accomplishing this, and it could be easily implemented to improve the app's functionality.

  2. Make the app more graphical with decorations such as coloring the background and graphs. This would make the app more visually appealing and user-friendly. Adding colors and graphics can help to highlight important data points and make the app more engaging for users.

Overall, I think this dash app is helpful and offers valuable insights into the Vancouver housing marker.

Great job! The dashboard is well-organized, and the two interactive plots function smoothly with the two selection elements. They enable the audience to comprehend land value in Vancouver by year and legal type, respectively.

To improve the dashboard's clarity, consider separating the dropdown menu and year range from the two plots. This will make it easier to distinguish the different functionalities of the dashboard.

Another suggestion is to adjust the app's layout. Since the two interactive plots are both related to land value, you could add another plot to the dashboard to increase the number of elements. Alternatively, you could rearrange the layout to increase the spacing between each element.

Overall, it is a nice app to help the audience know more information about the land value in Vancouver.
