Improve UX & messaging around 2FA login selection(s)

Currently our experience does not accurately convey to users the 2FA requirements associated with logging in via Firefox Accounts or GitHub. Let's improve that.

To do:

• [x] Map current iteration of IAM user experience #59
• [ ] Map ideal UX architecture proposal #68
• [ ] Include map touchpoints where 2FA messaging could be included
  • This includes error state messaging, currently outlined in project view sheet
• [ ] Explore whether messaging includes visual instructions re: 2FA process in related properties
• [ ] Work with team (and legal?) on copy for this messaging
