Add codebuild support

Ideally i would:

• Squash all AWS related commits to one
• Move some hardcoded values to parameters

That said i don't want to block @viorelaioia. Feel free to fix or merge and fix later.

Also it looks like in order to commit you need your commits to be signed with your pgp. https://help.github.com/articles/signing-commits-using-gpg/
